Coffee, like wine, has many variables that can affect the taste of the end product. Over the years I have had numerous opportunities to  visited prime growing regions throughout the world. I have selected green coffee beans that are the best of the best from those regions to use in the Superstition Coffee Blends. They include:

  • Costa Rican El Indio Tarrazu that is very well-balanced, with a heavy body, complex, and with dark chocolate notes.
  • La Flor del Café from Guatemala which is in the famous Antiqua region. This coffee also has a full body, lively acidity, and notes of caramel.
  • Sumatra Aceh Gold coffee is a triple-pick sun dried coffee from the Lintong region. This coffee is known for its great body, slight butterscotch taste, and lingering finish.

Blends

All blends except decaf are $11.99 per 12 oz. package. Minimum order 2 packages.

Sunrise Blend

This is a blend of Costa Rican El Indio Tarrazu and Guatemala Antiqua La Flor del Café. This is the lightest roast of the blends. Flavor profile is crisp, with subtle berry-like notes and a clean finish.

Superstition Blend

This is a blend of Costa Rican El Indio Tarrazu and Sumatra Aceh Gold. This is a medium to slightly darker roast. Flavor profile is deep, rich, full body, complex flavor with a satisfying aroma and nice finish (my personal favorite).

Midnight Blend

This coffee is 100% Costa Rican El Indio Tarrazu. The El Indio is known for being a dense, high grown bean that handles a dark roast style. This is by far the darkest roast of the blends. Flavor profile is intense dark flavor with a smooth body, rich aroma, and mild acidity (Ter's personal favorite)

Superstition Decaf Blend

This coffee is 100% Decaffeinated Costa Rican using the "Swiss Water Process". This is a medium roast. Rich balanced flavor, minus the caffeine. No chemicals used to process this great tasting coffee. $12.99 per 12 oz. package.
